How We Approach the Work

Every Stipendia service is built around the same starting point: your own documents. We do not work from hypotheticals or generic examples. We look at the papers in front of you — the ones that landed on your desk or in your inbox — and go through them together.

Educational content is adapted to what you actually have. Records support is built around your specific filing situation, whether physical or digital. The support plan keeps pace with your documents as they arrive and change over time.

The scope of every service is kept clear and consistent. We do not drift into advisory territory. That discipline is what makes these sessions safe and straightforward for everyone involved.

Pension Paperwork Overview

A welcoming session explaining the general structure of common pension and retirement documents and the everyday terms found within them. Educational and informational only, it helps attendees follow their own paperwork with more confidence. Suitable for individuals and small groups, with simple printed references to take home.

This service is self-contained. You do not need to book anything further if a single session is all that is needed. Most participants find one session sufficient for a solid grounding.

How It Works

  2. 2.Arrive at our Ratchathewi office for the session (approx. 90–120 minutes)
  3. 3.Go through the documents together, at your own pace

Records Set-Up Service

฿10,900 per engagement

A practical, administrative service that helps people build a clear, lasting filing system for their own retirement papers, whether in folders or digital form. Work is limited to sorting, labelling, indexing and safe backups, with no advice on choices. A good fit for anyone wanting orderly, easy-to-find records.

This is a one-time engagement that produces a system you own and continue yourself. No ongoing subscription is required, though some clients later join the Support Plan to keep records current.

Typical Process

Service 03

Continuous Information & Support Plan

A steady plan offering regular educational meetings, refreshed plain-language reference guides and a friendly community group for general discussion about understanding retirement documents, plus help keeping personal records orderly over time. Entirely informational, with no individual advice and no statements about money or returns.

This plan suits people who receive new documents regularly — annual fund statements, scheme updates, nomination form renewals — and want a consistent, low-effort way to stay on top of them.

Small Group Caps

Group sessions run with a maximum of six participants so everyone has adequate time and space.

All sessions take place at our Ratchathewi office. No remote-only sessions; in-person contact is part of the approach.
