1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stipendia website at stipendia.pro and any sessions or services provided by Stipendia, a business registered in Thailand and operating from 9/3 Phaya Thai Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400.

By using our website or attending any of our sessions, you indicate that you have read and understood these Terms. If any part of these Terms is unclear, please contact us before proceeding — we are always happy to explain.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date shown above indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Nature of Our Services

Stipendia provides educational information sessions, document organisation support and general reference materials relating to pension and retirement paperwork. All services are described more fully on our website and are strictly limited to:

• Pension Paperwork Overview: A group or individual educational session explaining the general structure and common terminology found in pension and retirement documents, with printed reference materials.
• Records Set-Up Service: A practical administrative service helping individuals create orderly filing systems for their own personal retirement papers — physical or digital — covering sorting, labelling, indexing and basic backup arrangements.
• Continuous Information & Support Plan: A subscription-based plan providing regular educational meetings, updated reference guides and access to a general discussion community group for understanding retirement documentation.

All services are informational and organisational in nature. Nothing provided by Stipendia constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, pension advice, tax advice or any other form of professional advice that requires a licence or professional qualification under Thai law or any other jurisdiction.

3. No Advice or Recommendations

Stipendia educators and staff are not licensed financial advisers, legal professionals, pension specialists or tax practitioners. The information shared in our sessions and materials is general and educational only. It relates to how documents are structured and what common terms typically mean — it does not take account of your individual circumstances and must not be treated as personal advice.

You should seek independent professional advice from a suitably qualified and licensed professional before making any decisions relating to your pension, retirement savings, investments or any other financial matters.

4. Booking and Payments

Session Fees

• Pension Paperwork Overview: ฿3,800 per session
• Records Set-Up Service: ฿10,900 per engagement
• Continuous Information & Support Plan: ฿27,500 per year

Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes where required. Fees are confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment

Full payment is due at or before the time of your session or engagement start, unless a separate arrangement has been agreed in writing. We will confirm payment details with you directly when your booking is made.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for a credit or rescheduling. Cancellations with less notice will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will always try to work with you to find a suitable arrangement.

For the Continuous Information & Support Plan, cancellation terms are confirmed individually at the start of each annual engagement.

5. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute any content from this website without our written permission
• Attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the website
• Submit false or misleading information through our enquiry form
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or harvest content from the site

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time and without notice if we have reason to believe these Terms are being breached.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, design, educational materials and printed reference guides produced and distributed by Stipendia are our intellectual property or used with appropriate permission. You may use printed materials supplied at sessions for your own personal reference only. You may not reproduce, share, publish or distribute them without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stipendia takes care to ensure that all information shared in sessions and on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that information is complete, current or free from error. Pension rules, document formats and related regulations can change, and it is your responsibility to verify any information that may have a material effect on your decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Stipendia will not be liable for any loss, cost or consequence arising from your use of our website or attendance at our sessions, including any reliance placed on information provided. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.

Our website may include links to external websites for reference purposes. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. A link does not imply endorsement.
