What exactly do you teach in the Pension Paperwork Overview?
We walk through the structure and vocabulary of common pension and retirement documents — things like fund statements, contribution records and benefit summaries. The goal is that you leave able to read your own papers with more ease. The session is purely educational; we do not make any recommendations about your specific arrangements.
Is this the same as getting financial advice?
No. Stipendia is an information and records support service. We explain documents and help you organise your files. We do not advise on financial products, investment choices or retirement planning decisions. For regulated financial or legal guidance, you would need to speak with a licensed professional.
How long does the Records Set-Up Service usually take?
Most people complete their initial records set-up in one or two sessions of around two hours each, depending on how many documents need organising. We work at a pace that is comfortable for you. Digital and physical filing are both supported.
Can I attend a group session rather than an individual one?
Yes. The Pension Paperwork Overview is well suited to small groups of two to six people. Many participants attend with a spouse or a close friend. Group sessions follow the same informational content as individual ones.
What is included in the Continuous Support Plan?
Plan members receive regular educational meetings — typically once a month — updated plain-language guides whenever relevant documents change, access to a small community group for general discussion, and help keeping their filing system current over time. Everything remains informational; there is no individual advice component.
Where are sessions held?
All sessions take place at our office at 9/3 Phaya Thai Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400. The office is accessible by BTS Skytrain (Phaya Thai station). If you have accessibility requirements or need a different arrangement, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Are my documents and personal details kept private?
Yes. Any documents you share with us during a records set-up session are handled with care and returned to you. We do not retain copies. Our full privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
